Q: Do you sale wholesale?
A: No.

Q: Do you offer sizes larger than those currently listed?
A: At this time, we do not.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: No.

Q: Are your products tested on animals?
A: Never! We have mad love for all animals and believe they should be treated with the utmost care and respect. We encourage donating/volunteering/fostering at an animal shelter or sanctuary of your choosing. And remember.. adopt, don't shop!

Q: Are all of your fragrances unisex?
A: When it comes to fragrances, the terms unisex, feminine, and masculine are widely subjective. We believe we do a good job at maintaining "unisex" blends, however, each individual will have their own interpretations. We recommend wearing whatever the hell you want, regardless of gender. ;)

Q: The product I want is out of stock, how long until it is available?
A: Depending on the fragrance, restock can take 1-6 weeks.

Q: Do you sell on Etsy, eBay, or Amazon?
A: Yes, we recently started selling on the Etsy platform. Typically, we keep a lower stock of products on Etsy due to their high fees and encourage our customer's to purchase via our website. We may, at times, have fragrances available on our website that are not available on Etsy. We do not currently sell on eBay or Amazon.

Q: Are your fragrances all natural?
A: In short, no. We use a expansive variation of premium quality pure oils in our blends.

Q: What are "Limited Edition" fragrances?
A: Limited editions are created in micro batches and released for a limited time only. From time to time, a limited edition fragrance may be integrated into our permanent collection. We also will occasionally resurrect certain limited edition fragrances.

Q: Do you have samples available for sell?
Currently, we do not. However, each order includes a free vial sample that is chosen by us at random. If you would like to choose the fragrance for your sample vial, simply visit the "Free Sample Vial With Purchase" listing, choose from the available fragrances, and add to your cart. It is possible that not all fragrances will be available for sampling at any given time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. We ship to the contiguous United States only. International orders, including Hawaii and Canada, are not permitted.

Q: I don't have a PayPal account, how do I place an order?
A: No worries, a PayPal account is not needed to use it's services. Simply use PayPal's Guest Checkout option. PayPal is the highest recommended and most secure online payment method, we will never receive your credit/debit information.

Q: When can I expect my order to be shipped?
A: All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

Q: I did not enter my coupon code at checkout, can you refund the difference?
A: No. You may use the coupon on your next purchase.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Once payment has been processed, an order cannot be canceled.

Q: I don't like the fragrance I purchased, can I exchange it or return it?
A: No. For sanitary reasons, and to protect the integrity of our fragrances, perfume oils are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Scents are widely subjective and each individual interprets fragrances differently. Fragrant notes are provided in the description of each perfume oil to give the buyer an idea of what said fragrance smells like. It is entirely up to the buyer to interpret the scent as they please. Therefore, we do not issue refunds if the buyer does not personally care for the fragrance. ALL PERFUME OIL SALES ARE FINAL.

Q: My product arrived damaged/I did not receive my order. What do I do?
A: Contact us immediately. We ship all orders in corrugated boxes to help ensure that the contents of your package arrive unharmed. In the rare circumstance that your product/s became damaged throughout transit, we will do all we can to correct it. Any damaged product/s must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Photographs of any damage/loss will be requested (including packaging and invoice), so please do not throw package away until after photos have been submitted and the issue has been fully resolved. In the unfortunate case that the US postal service has lost/wrongly directed your package. We will do all we can to locate your package and rectify the situation. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
